“The directions lead us to the wrong location. We reached out and received no response to our inquiry as to where we were actually supposed to meet. Most other guests on the trip were also frustrated and unsure where to go. The dock was at least 2 blocks from the claimed meeting spot. The boat cruise itself was fine. The outdoor area filled up quickly so we had to sit inside, even though technically we arrived early. Reading previous reviews I see a trend where the excursion was missed or no one was there. How is this meeting point not already corrected? Shame on you.”
